(AUSTRALIAN SITES) Ok... well... upon doing my own little search into some Australian DVD sites, I've discovered where the best place to buy Star Trek DVDs is EzyDVD: www.ezydvd.com.au/mech/search.zml?f=title&q=star+trekTOS: $149.95 TNG: $204.95 DS9: $199.95 Voyager: $109.83 – $149.95 (varies depending on the season) Atlantic DVD: www.atlanticdvd.com.auTOS: $119.95 TNG: $189.95 DS9: $189.95 Voyager: $119.95 DVD Crave: www.dvdcrave.com.au/products/search_results.jspTOS: $132.31 TNG: $194.95 - $205.23 (varies on availability) DS9: $194.95 Voyager: $132.31 As you can see, Atlantic has the best prices by far. However, DVD Crave seemed to have more TNG sets available. Of course this is the online store, in the actual stores themselves there might be more available. I was annoyed that another good store, JB Hi Fi, doesn't have a good website, so I couldn't add them to my list of results, as I believe they might be even better. Then there are the department stores, like KMart, Big W, Target, etc... who have websites, but not separate search engines for individual DVDs... So... I can't get results from them either. But anyway If anyone else wants to add to this list, but with your own country's results, feel free...

You know it's so annoying how Star Trek dvds are so expensive. I mean you can get an entire season of Stargate for under $80.00 but for something like Trek, they bump the price up to oblivion. And TNG, because it's the most popular series, is the most expensive to buy. That's why I only have three of the seven dvd boxed sets because the consumer is clearly being ripped off.

Yeah I've only got 3 seasons worth of TNG as well. I managed to find Season 3 for $107 That was probably the cheapest price ever - and we'll never see it again, LOL... I've seen Season 2 for $245 at JB Hi-Fi. Don't go there I haven't been to Atlantic for ages... I wonder if they've still got them for $190... That's the cheapest place...

Yeah. We just have to face it - TNG fans won't get anything TNG for less than top dollar.

Darn it all... *demands that EzyDVD have another sale marking the sets down to $110 again...* LOL! They did that last year... But that's when I found season 3 for $107 at JB... so I wonder if they were doing it to compete, heh... It's like the Buffy and Angel DVDs, damn it. They were up to $150 a whole season, and then they marked them down to about $50 - and gee, I wonder how fast all of those sold I saw them in Big W and bought a whole heap of them because they were so cheap, and I needed to complete my collection, LOL...

Jesus, if I could find TNG dvds for fifty bucks, I'd buy up on them too. Now, I'm just waiting for "Whose line is it anyway?" to come out on DVD. Hopefully those dvds will be affordable.

Been buying other stuff, LOL... Ooh but I did buy the special edition of First Contact... So now I have two copies, darn it all

Us Trekkies are saps that will pay rediculous prices for anything TNG related. And Paramount knows it.
